SHIPPING OF YOUR FURNITURE
Most of our furniture items are manufactured in North Carolina and will be shipped via our contracted shipper. It is picked up from the manufacturers in North Carolina by the trucking company and will come nonstop to our receiver in Oakland. Because of the nonstop service there is less handling of your furniture items.
Your furniture items will be delivered inside your home by our local White Glove Delivery service provider Interior Moves. They are fully bonded and insured. Our service includes:
- A two-man team, placement in a room of your choice, unpacking and removal of packaging materials.
- 1-2 days before delivery you will receive a call with a 2 hour delivery timeframe.
- Our team will attach headboards to existing bed frames (assuming they fit) and sectionals will be assembled (separate pieces will be attached).
We ask that you provide a signature upon receipt. If you have any questions about how your furniture item will be shipped and delivered, please call your local store where you purchased the item.
FURNITURE DAMAGES & RETURNS
Damages to the merchandise while in transit or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do occur. In the event that your custom furniture arrives with any sort of damage or defect, we’ll make it right. We ask that you fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and note any imperfections at that time of receipt so that it can be recorded in your furniture delivery documents.
If you refuse your furniture delivery due to damage or manufacturing defect, the furniture will be brought back to our local receiving warehouse. We will then review and evaluate the condition of the piece so that we can determine how to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We ask that you please call your local store if there are any issues at all with your furniture delivery. We’ll assist you promptly.
