Thank you for your interest in our furniture and for requesting an in-home design consult from Ruby Livingdesign. Our trained designers are happy to visit your home and help you with your design needs. During the consult, they will take measurements, discuss your needs and help with selections of furniture, upholstery fabrics, lighting, rugs, and accessories. After the home visit, you will be asked to meet again with the designer in our store to receive a room design plan. The designer will present his/her ideas and suggested design elements for your home at that time.
We require a $350 fee for the consult that will be applied toward your purchase of $3000 or more with Ruby. This fee includes a one hour visit to your home, a design plan involving up to 2 rooms, and a presentation at our stores. If any design consulting is required which would not involve purchases of Ruby products or require more than one trip to your home, you would be billed at $100 an hour. If you would like us to return to your home to help with the installation and/or accessorizing of your rooms, it would be billed at a rate of $100 an hour.
